Railgun magazine and ammunition

Hi,
In this concept, almost the whole railgun is self-contained in the magazine, even the barrel since it needs to be powered, up and down. For such a power, the battery might be short-lived so hey, no need to carry it in the gun instead.
Can you recognize the bullet stacking system? Does it ring a bell?
